The HR Committee is dedicated to improving the dialogue for AmCham members in relation to knowledge sharing through regular meetings with experts to bring forward the latest trends in HR law and regulatory practice in Indonesia. It also focuses on workshops and committee meetings on emerging labor regulations and cooperation with external organizations and promoting AmCham’s views, regularly engaging key government stakeholders such as the Ministry of Manpower and Directorate General of Immigration. Finally, the committee pays special attention to regulations that may impact expatriate employees working in our member companies.
