The meeting will discuss pressing issues in the sector: the restriction of imported medical devices in the e-Catalogue platform, Patent Law revision, and the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP) Deputy Decree concerning product submission procedures to the e-Catalogue platform. We also hope to discuss other issues, namely halal and regulation on over-the-counter (OTC) medication distribution.
