AmCham Indonesia’s Human Resources Committee, in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower, will be hosting the following event:

Ministry of Manpower Briefing on Expat Worker Regulation
Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower (MoM) recently issued Decree No. 228/2019 regarding Certain Positions that can be Occupied by Foreign Workers after much discussion between the government and the business community.

What is the new mechanism for expatriate worker application? What if my company wants to propose a job that is not regulated yet? How does this regulation affect a specific sector (e.g. financial services)? Some of these burning questions will be answered during this briefing session.
