AmCham Indonesia cordially invites you to the first IPR Committee virtual meeting of 2021.

2020 brought interesting changes for the Indonesian regulatory environment. The Omnibus Job Creation Law (Law No. 11/ 2020) was enacted and IP laws are among the key laws that underwent amendments to the most substantial provisions. The Patent Law revision has also progressed significantly, with the academic draft shared and the President Regulation No.77/2020 issued.

It would be interesting to start the year with a discussion on how the business community views these changes.

Proposed agenda for the meeting:

1. Patent Law changes in the Omnibus Job Creation Law

2. Academic Draft of Patent Law revision (see attached)

3. Priority issues in 2021.
