Indonesia’s Omnibus Bill and Labor Webinar
Oct 14, 2020 / 09:00 - 10:30

Dear AmCham Members and Friends,

AmCham Indonesia, in collaboration with SSEK Indonesian Legal Consultants, will host a webinar discussion focusing on possible changes in labor provisions of the Omnibus Bill on Job Creation on October 14.

The Indonesian government and the House of Representatives (DPR) have reached agreement on the Omnibus Job Creation Bill. AmCham Indonesia, in collaboration with SSEK Indonesia Legal Consultants, will host a webinar discussion focusing on changes in labor regulations in the new bill.

The session will focus on how the new law will impact your work force and also what changes may impact expatriate workers in Indonesia. As the first major change in labor laws since 2003, the new Bill will be keenly watched as its implementing regulations are in the process.

Join Stephen Igor Warokka, a partner in SSEK’s labor and employment practice, and Indrawan Dwi Yuriutomo, a senior associate in SSEK’s labor and employment practice for this important discussion. AmCham Managing Director A. Lin Neumann will moderate the webinar.
