The highly-anticipated golden visa is officially out, with the release of two regulations: Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation (Permenkumham) 22/2023 and Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) 82/2023. The golden visa program is intended for foreign professional special talent, investors and industry players, who will benefit Indonesia’s future economic development.

This meeting will give companies the opportunity to engage with Immigration Analyst Ade Widhia Sathria,  to take a closer look at the new Golden Visa program and other immigration policy changes.

Please note the session will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia without translation services.
