Membership Categories
Company Representative (COR) This is open only to firms or corporations in which American interests or American nationals have majority interest or management control, having established a place of business or having its own representative in Indonesia.
Company Alternate Member (CAM) This is open to all employees of firms or corporations who have qualified for Company Membership with the provision of being specifically designated for such membership by the Company Membership Representative.
Associate Company Representative (ACR) This is open to firms or corporations in which majority interest is other than American, but having interest in commercial relations or trade between the U.S. and Indonesia, having established a place of business or having its own representative in Indonesia.
Associate Company Alternate Member (ACA) This is open to all acceptable employees of firms or corporations who have qualified for Associate Company Membership with the provision of being specifically designated for such membership by the Associate Company Membership Representative.
Individual Member (IND) This membership category is open to individuals of American citizenship resident in Indonesia who do not qualify for COR or CAM as defined under (COR) and (CAM) above.
Associate Individual Member (AIM) This category is open to all individuals of non-U.S. citizenship resident in Indonesia who do not qualify for ACR membership as defined under Associate Company Representative above.
Special Member (SPC) This is open to any individual of US citizenship resident in Indonesia, employed by or associated with a charitable, educational, governmental, cultural, fraternal or religious organizations, the activities and interests of which are in agreement with the objectives of AmCham Indonesia.
Non Resident/Overseas Member (OVS) This is open to firms or corporations or individuals who would otherwise qualify for Company Membership or Individual Membership but are not resident in or do not maintain a place of business or do not have representation in Indonesia.
Note: The Board will review membership applications prior to approval.
