Annual General Meeting

An Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held once every calendar year at such time not being more than 13 months after the holding of the last preceding Annual General Meeting and not later than December 31st of each year.

The Business of an Annual General Meeting shall include:

(a) Receive and approve the Annual Report of the Board of Governors

(b) Receive and approve the Annual Report on the financial condition of the organization

(c) Report the results of the election for Governors to servce in place of those whose terms have expired

(d) Other business as may be listed on the Agenda prepared by the Board of Governors

- from the AmCham Indonesia Constitution

Facts about Annual General Meeting

The AGM is traditionally held on the second Tuesday of December.  Calls for nominations and electronic ballots for open seats on the Board are normally sent out one or two months before the AGM.

The quorum at all general meetings of AmCham Indonesia shall be forty (40) members or twenty-five percent (25%) of all members, whichever is the lesser.
