US-Indonesia Investment Summit 2018
On behalf of both AmCham and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, we would like to bring to your attention the annual US-Indonesia Investment Summit, which is entering its sixth year and promises to be our most successful Summit to date. We already have nine cabinet ministers confirmed to speak, including Sri Mulyani, Bank Indonesia Governor Perry, ESDM Minister Jonan and many others. This will be a unique occasion for American investors to meet with high-level Indonesian government officials to discuss policy, programs and investment.
The summit is part of Initiative Indonesia, a year-long partnership with the U.S. Chamber that offers members a range of advocacy engagements throughout the year on sectoral issues in both Jakarta and Washington, DC. A flyer on the program is attached here.
BKPM, KADIN and APINDO are our partners in this annual summit, which has become the premier forum for high-level dialogue on the challenges and opportunities in the Indonesia-US trade and investment relationship.
The annual Summit will be held on September 27 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Jakarta. We expect further ministerial confirmations but we attach the draft agenda, as of today, for your reference.

It will also put forward recommendations on how the government can make the country more competitive and attractive to foreign investors.
